Susanne is a trainer, psychological coach and generation translator with a degree in business administration specializing in human resource management. She took on her first management role at the age of 23 and developed an early sense of how demanding and at the same time malleable good leadership is. Today, she helps companies and HR departments to think about training and leadership as equals . Her focus is on developing effective training processes that not only strengthen young people professionally, but also in terms of their personality.

With her company EasyByNina, she supports companies and managers in all challenges relating to employer attractiveness and leadership.

Thomas is a trained hotelier and has been closely involved in tourism for over 40 years . Even after founding the BWS over 30 years ago, he remained loyal to the industry and passionately supports destinations and hotels in brand profiling and the development of innovative tourism focuses. He is also co-founder of PERSENTIS, a holistic software system that successfully helps tourism businesses in particular to become even more attractive employers.
