Ewa Malinowska-Benning is a passionate and experienced HR expert with extensive practice in operational and strategic HR areas. She has worked for companies such as Siemens AG, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Porsche Holding. During her career, she has held various HR roles: she was responsible for all HR processes along the employee lifecycle and led HR change projects.
Today she supports companies as a consultant, interim manager and sparring partner in mastering current HR challenges and achieving sustainable success.
Ewa's work focuses on HR and organizational development. Her vision is to enable people to have a fulfilling working life and to lead organizations to extraordinary success.
Ewa has lived in Poland, Germany and Great Britain. She has settled down in the beautiful Salzburger Land in Austria, where she and her family speak three languages: German, English and Polish.
