Employee surveys offer incredible potential that employers and managers can tap into to further develop the organization. We at PERSENTIS have plenty of other interesting questions up our sleeves. However, to keep things concise, we will focus on the following core topics:
- Psychological contract
- The power of the employer brand
- Employer attractiveness
- Employer value proposition
- Employee orientation (emotional, transactional, growth-oriented)
- Employee retention
- Satisfaction
- Engagement
- Constructive feedback on the work environment, working conditions, and professional development
If you would like to take a closer look at additional aspects such as internal communication or working from home, you have the option to add additional questions.
The following response options are available:

GENERAL TIPS FOR YOUR ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
Keep it clear and precise.
Ask your questions clearly, unambiguously, and in simple language. Avoid ambiguous or complex phrasing to minimize misunderstandings.
Avoid double negatives.
Try to avoid double negatives, as they can easily lead to confusion. An example would be: "I am not unmotivated" or "It is not uncommon for me to have to swap shifts." Phrase the questions so that a spontaneous response is possible.
Use single-topic questions.
Each question should address only one aspect. Double-barreled questions like "Do you frequently feel stressed or overwhelmed?" can lead to inaccurate answers and make evaluation more difficult.
Use positive language.
Phrase questions positively whenever possible. Positive phrasing generally generates more constructive reactions.
Ask about concrete experiences.
If you want to ask an open-ended question, specifically ask for employees' experiences or ideas regarding a particular topic. This makes the answers more tangible and helps you process the results.
