Strong performance through employee identification

It would be too much to ask employees to have the company logo tattooed. But that's not even necessary; it's enough if the shirt or apron is worn with pride and the corporate philosophy is represented. In the daily work, in the interaction with colleagues and guests, and best of all still from own conviction.

Employee identification means recognizing oneself in the task, the work or the values of the company. Identification is also often described as the "bond" between employee and employer that creates a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.

The more strongly employees identify with an organization, the more likely it is that they will demonstrate a supportive attitude toward it, accept the organization's guidelines and make decisions that are in line with the company's goals. As a result, this means nothing other than that everyone - management and employees - pull together and also appear to the outside world as an authentic, tangible unit.

Identification needs identity

In order to make this "this is exactly mine" feeling possible at all, a clear and tangible identity is needed - a clear statement of "Who am I?" and "Who are we as a team?" Here, corners and edges are also allowed, because who identifies with slick perfection? It is much more credible and purposeful to reflect on oneself without rose-colored glasses and without beauty filters, to illuminate one's strengths as well as one's quirks, and thus to discover one's own uniqueness.

Once this ribbon is tied securely, there’s no need for a tattoo gun. The logo on the apron is more than enough. The main thing is that the heart beats in time with it.
