From a mandatory duty to a successful tool

Even beforehand, you can create positive vibes with your own attitude. Build trust that you want to achieve good things for everyone, and spread a sense of optimism! The PERSENTIS survey is conducted without collecting personal data, and employees are allowed and encouraged to share what is on their minds. Even if it sometimes takes thick skin when unvarnished criticism is voiced: there must be room for that too, and ultimately (almost) every critical remark also contains something constructive.

Invitation BASIC

Along with your survey link, you will also receive suggested text that can be used as-is for your email invitation or adapted to suit your preferences. Do not send out the survey link without context. Even if everyone has been thoroughly informed in advance, a brief introduction, a few personal words, and information regarding anonymity and the scope of the survey are needed. Of course, you can also share the link additionally—or intermittently as a reminder—via WhatsApp or within your internal platform.

When inviting exclusively via email, a response rate of approx. 50 – 65% can be expected.

Invitation ADVANCED

As soon as your analysis is fully set up and activated, you will find a flyer with a QR code available for download in your account, which leads directly to the survey. Print this out multiple times and display it prominently—ideally wherever your employees spend time frequently: in the locker room, meeting room, or break room, on the bulletin board, in the restroom, by the coffee machine, … on doors, walls, mirrors, soap dispensers, …

Invitation PREMIUM

Nearly 100% participation was achieved by users who generously allocated time and space within the daily routine for the PERSENTIS survey. Employees were actively encouraged to take the survey at some point during the active period in a quiet corner specifically set up for this purpose.

This request was perceived much less as a "chore" than one might assume—quite the contrary: investing valuable working time to participate in an employee survey underlines how much the opinion of each individual means to the employer. Simply by granting time and creating a pleasant survey environment, it conveys: Your opinion counts. Your needs, expectations, and wishes are important to me. I want to hear what you have to say.

In your PERSENTIS account, you can keep an eye on your survey's performance at any time. Additionally, you will receive a daily status report with the current participation rate.
