When must a psychosocial risk assessment be conducted?

In accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the psychosocial risk assessment must be updated "whenever working conditions change."

Examples of this include the introduction of new working materials, changes to work processes and activities, as well as the occurrence of incidents or accidents.
