Data is collected without providing a name or e-mail address. All data is collated and analyzed centrally by PERSENTIS GmbH. As the client, we only receive the data in summarized form and do not have access to the individual survey forms.

TIPS for increasing performance

 

With appropriate preparation and sending out the invitation by e-mail, you can expect a response rate of 60 - 70%. In addition, print out the invitation flyer with QR code (attached) and place it where your employees frequently spend time: Entrance area, meeting or break room, notice board, sanitary area, coffee machine, ... This way you can increase the rate to around 80%. Up to 92% participation was achieved when employees were actively encouraged to take part in the survey during working hours - on a specially provided device.
