I am an experienced HR professional with over 25 years in leadership positions. After earning my master's degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources from WU Vienna, I started as a consultant at Alkier Consulting. This was followed by roles as assistant to the managing director and sales and marketing manager at Getränke & Service Gesellschaft Salzburg.
A significant career step was my work as a human resources developer and trainer at Porsche Austria. Subsequent positions took me to Catro Personalberatung, Bernecker + Rainer GmbH, Berner GmbH, and Lenzing AG, where I led HR teams and implemented restructurings as well as new HR processes.
Currently, I work as an HR interim manager and outplacement consultant, supporting companies and executives in their professional reorientation. My strengths include communication, a results-oriented approach, and the eagerness to continue my education and follow new HR trends. I am a certified outplacement consultant, speak business-fluent English, and use HR systems such as SAP R/3 and SAP SuccessFactors. In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking and camping.
