I help companies make their leadership and collaboration more effective. My focus is on developing managers and teams, complemented by lean management expertise and targeted change support. In my work, I combine tried-and-tested leadership methods with insights from neurobiology. This reveals how behavior actually arises and how managers can have a lasting impact on motivation, clarity, and performance.
Companies particularly seek my support when employee surveys reveal areas for improvement and quick, well-founded development initiatives are needed. I work with managers at all levels, focusing on immediate applicability and promoting a culture in which responsibility, effectiveness, and cooperation are noticeably enhanced.
I work with the Integration and Transformation System (ITS), a modular approach to effective development following employee surveys. ITS Basic supports new managers in settling in quickly and confidently. ITS Advanced develops managers and teams together. ITS Premium combines leadership, team, and culture into an integrated development process.
