YOUR PROFILE

• Sales and acquisition experience, ideally in telephone sales
• Pleasure in selling, charming persuasiveness
• Strong communication skills, service awareness and assertiveness
• Clear articulation and polite manners
• Quick comprehension, flexibility and openness to new tasks
• Good knowledge of MS Office and confident use of CRM tools (Pipedrive or similar)
• Customer-oriented action and punctual work
• Structured and close cooperation within the team

YOUR TASKS

• Representation of our company in initial telephone contact
• Responsible for the acquisition of new customers
• Support and needs assessment for existing customers
• Accurate data maintenance with call documentation
• Supporting operational sales by establishing contacts and arranging appointments
• Receiving and processing customer inquiries via telephone & e-mail
• Support for marketing campaigns through active telephone follow-up
