Work content, future prospects, the will and the opportunity to contribute, deepen and expand one's own skills within the company.
HIGH RELEVANCE: Growth-oriented employees have high intrinsic motivation and show initiative to achieve goals. They want to contribute and grow together with the company. However, if challenges and opportunities to help shape the company are lacking, they will sooner or later go in search of a more inspiring environment in which they can develop further.
LOW RELEVANCE: If employees are not growth-oriented, this means they have little ambition to advance themselves and climb the career ladder. They tend not to be enthusiastic about offers of professional or personal development.
