Dear employees,

You are the ones who make this company what it is—and the reason why customers always love coming back to us! We therefore see one of our main tasks as an employer in creating an environment where you feel well cared for and can develop with all your strengths.

To achieve this in the best possible way, we are conducting an employee survey designed to provide us with insight into your motives, wishes, and goals. Let us know how you are doing, what you wish for, and what is particularly important to you. With your feedback, you can drive change for the company and for yourself, and help shape the future!

TIPS for boosting performance

With proper preparation and sending out the invitation by email, you can expect a response rate of 60 - 70%. Additionally, print out the invitation flyer with QR code (attached) and place it in areas where your employees frequently spend time: entrance area, meeting or break room, notice board, restroom area, coffee machine, etc. This allows you to increase the rate to approx. 80%. Participation rates of up to 92% have been achieved when employees were actively encouraged to take part in the survey during working hours on a device specifically provided for this purpose.

In your account, you can keep an eye on performance at all times. In addition, you will receive a daily status report with current participation rates. We wish you every success!
